Every Monday, you can read in this daily newspaper an article or an analysis about Euro-Mediterranean relations, or the European Neighborhood Policy. A total of 52 articles will be published over a year, starting from April 27, 2009.
Once every week, the reporters of Al-Hayat in 8 countries (Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestinian Territories, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria) will feature in the daily newspaper some of the actions of the EU in these countries : development, support to SMEs, aid to vulnerable groups, support to administration… or to democracy.
Once every month, this French language chronicle of economics, published in Lebanon, will present to you an analysis or an economic or socio-economic report on one of the aspects of Euro-med relations. The first article was published in May 2009, and more will print over a period of one year.

The resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict is a strategic priority for Europe, as it seeks to play a role of power broker in the region. For this, it condemns the planned settlement construction of Israel in the occupied Palestinian territory, and believes that the creation of an independent, viable and democratic Palestinian state is in Israel’s interest. But before getting overly involved in these resolutions, it is important to step back and assess the limitations of the EU in the region.

I hope that more investors adopt the "going green" thing because years ago the cost of using solar systems and getting advantage of renewable systems costed more than those that depended on fossil sources. Because the equipments and arrangements were very expensive and the all in all cost showed that it was not worth it. now that its being taken more seriously I hope that its going to work out as new life style that more people will be convinced to adopt!... GOING GREEN!
