All media, including Internet websites administrators, as well as all visitors, have the right to:

 
1.   Freely download Eurojar.org content to their computer system
 
2.   Copy and disseminate the website content, by any means whatsoever, including via another Internet website, provided that:

 

  • The source of the material (eurojar.org) is mentioned for each reproduction;
  • The eurojar.org administrator is informed by email at the following address: info@eurojar.org;
  • The other material sources are mentioned too, particularly the Eurojar project partners: L'Orient-Le Jour, Al-Hayat, and LBCI;
  • The article’s writer is named;
  • In case the distributer is an Internet website, a hyperlink to eurojar.org must be inserted each time a material is copied (for hyperlinks technical aspects, please contact our administration);
  • In case a part or a summary of an article is diffused, one should respect the ethics of journalism, so that ideas don’t get distorted;
     

3.   If an Internet website intends to use eurojar.org material on a regular basis, it is preferable to conclude an agreement in order to maximize and to codify the collaboration


4.   In case of repetitive or multiple copies, it is possible to conclude an agreement on banner exchange. The third party would be thus considered as a eurojar.org partner.
