No messages of illegal contents
The Site allows messages and interaction among users, but reserves the right to delete or edit the messages and to terminate your access to and use of reactions.
You are solely responsible for the content of your message and must comply with the rules posted by Eurojar concerning messages.
You may not:
- Post, link to or otherwise publish any messages containing material that is obscene, racist, homophobic or sexist or that contains any form of hate speech. The server of this forum being in France, the French law primarily applies to all contents of messages.
- Post, link to or otherwise publish any messages that are abusive, threatening or make any form of personal attack on another user. You can criticize the ideas or opinions of another writer but not attack him personally.
- Post a message of erotic contents. The moderator will have to entirely delete the message and prohibit the user from having any future participation in the forum.
- Post, link to or otherwise publish any messages containing any form of advertisement or promotion for goods and services. However, some forms of publicity are tolerated as long as they are not commercial, i.e. they have to be published for a useful reason.
No spam
Spam is the abuse of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast mediums, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. When the same message is posted on several forums, we reach what we call cross-posting.
No flood
To post an unlimited number of inconsistent messages in the sole purpose of adding up the number of posted items or to disturb or annoy the reader of messages is considered a flood. The link “post your comment” is not a chat room. The published messages are meant to remain on the Site and to be read by every interested visitor. It is advisable to read the previous messages concerning an article before posting your message since this link is meant for exchange of ideas and is not a platform for speakers.
No troll
Troll is the fact of posting controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion. It is indeed possible to discuss sensitive subjects; however opinions on these subjects should be expressed in a moderate way.
Respect the context
It is not restricted to widen the domain of research on a specific topic; however, it is advisable to maintain a certain degree of coherence to the forum. When you feel that your message is no more relevant to the content of the previous messages, we advise you to start a new chain of messages with a new subject.
Quality of messages
We appreciate your effort in writing your message and encourage you to be as clear and accurate as possible. Kindly avoid abbreviations and phonetic symbols. A well written message will not lose its meaning and will be appreciated by readers.
Violent images
Images with excessive violence are prohibited on the Site. The publishing of any image on the Site will be subject to an effective monitoring.
Political restrictions
It is strictly forbidden to post any message or image promoting any totalitarian dictator from history. Acronyms and slogans of political parties or militant groups are not allowed on the Site. However, the use of flags on the Site will be studied case by case.
Images
It works perfect if you wish to attach some images to your message on the Site, however, it is advisable to avoid “heavy” images or a large number of images attached in a row.

Palestinian women fiercely participate in the developing struggle for nationalism: women in Palestine have a word in politics, form committees and organizations for social work, scream against oppression, participate in the Intifada, and throw stones on aggressors while holding their babies in their arms… sleepless women in Palestine also can speak out in art and film-making… Women’s voices are making up history in this Arab country, and in the whole region… Many stories of the immense courage of individual women in Palestine are still to come as long as oppressio

The resolution of the Arab-Israeli conflict is a strategic priority for Europe, as it seeks to play a role of power broker in the region. For this, it condemns the planned settlement construction of Israel in the occupied Palestinian territory, and believes that the creation of an independent, viable and democratic Palestinian state is in Israel’s interest. But before getting overly involved in these resolutions, it is important to step back and assess the limitations of the EU in the region.

I hope that more investors adopt the "going green" thing because years ago the cost of using solar systems and getting advantage of renewable systems costed more than those that depended on fossil sources. Because the equipments and arrangements were very expensive and the all in all cost showed that it was not worth it. now that its being taken more seriously I hope that its going to work out as new life style that more people will be convinced to adopt!... GOING GREEN!
